It seems the Friday morning breakfast crew is the 3rd or 4th string. I go to Chick fil a at Garner Town Square 5 mornings a week to get my grandsons breakfast before school. In the past few months the Friday morning shift has been cycling new faces in and while the food is typically ok, the service is sub par. Today, May 29, 2026 was the worst. We were in line for over 15 minutes, we finally get to the window and still have to wait another 4 minutes for the order. If this wait was not enough the yeast rolls (4count) of which 2 of them were burnt. See the attached picture.I have decided that if things do not improve I will start giving my business to another location. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

Had a great experience at Chick-fil-A! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and the customer service was excellent as always. The staff was friendly, quick, and made the whole experience enjoyable. The restaurant was clean and well-organized too. Definitely one of the best fast-food places for both quality and service! My family visits this location time and time again, we love how friendly the staff are here and can count on everything coming out perfect! The location is convinient and the restaurant is always comfortable. We often enjoy using the order to table feature as it makes things so easy.
