Drive thru is terrible. Employee managing the drive thru merge directed me to get behind people who haven’t even placed their order yet when I had ordered over 10 mins previously. Total time in drive thru is over 15 mins when the photo was taken. I estimate I’ll be here 30 mins Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Waited 45 minutes to get my food, was handed the wrong food that I had to sort through and then they saved it and gave the same food to the correct person instead of making them a new order. The staff was extremely disorganized, I know it’s a new establishment but in dire need of more training. The food was also cold. The number of times the person handing out the food scratching into their scalp without washing their hands or wearing gloves was a little gross. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They ruined my order by forgetting my wife's salad dressing after she was specifically asked which one shed like. My milkshake was also melted. Details matter*****Update***I decided to give them another try because I thought they may have had a bad day but they forgot my wife's fruit cup this time. This store isn't up to the standards of other Chick-fil-A restaurants. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
