The restaurant is fine, this review is specifically about a wonderful experience I had in the drive-through with a young man named Caleb. Caleb was polite, engaged, and enthusiastic about his job. What a delight it is to encounter a young person with high energy and genuine friendliness. Whatever this young man is earning there, the management should double it. I own a retail business and know that the performance quality of the folks who interact with your customers is of the utmost importance to your continued success. Way to go, Caleb. My favorite Chick-fil-A by far. We travel a lot and visit other locations, but the Spring Branch location stands out above the rest. We’re always glad to be back home because nothing compares. The best part is the staff, they’re consistently friendly, and many of them even know me by name. And of course, the food is always excellent. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
