We can not say enough good about this place! Grady was absolutely so respectful and so was Pipper. My wife and our baby boy were enjoying some food as Grady offered a stuffed cow and oh my gosh our baby loves it! Grady and Pipper were so amazing. We can’t wait to come see them again!

I accidentally placed my order at the wrong location through the app and couldn’t figure out how to cancel it. The charge was already showing on my account, and I was honestly pretty frustrated. The leadership team at the Glenstone location stepped in and took great care of me. They were understanding, helpful, and made the whole situation easy to resolve. They made sure I still received my order and even gave me a few meal vouchers for the inconvenience. Things do not always go perfectly, but great customer service is about how people handle problems when they come up. The Glenstone leadership team did an outstanding job and turned what could have been a bad experience into a really positive one. I truly appreciate the way they took care of me and will definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Biggest drawback is getting into and out of this location from Glenstone and Kearney. When leaving and you want to go West on Kearney, it's easiest to leave out the back of the Chick-fil-A parking lot. Go South to the side street "E Turner" , then West to "N Delaware", North on Delaware where you can go West on Kearney. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
