At Chick-fil-A, you can order dishes as a takeaway. The staff is said to be professional here. The terrific service is a big plus of this place. Prices are found adequate here. Love coming here, food is great, have great experiences with all employees (except for one lol). All of the servers are great and super understanding. Came in right before close once and they were still respectful and sweet. Tobias who works the drive thru is the sweetest and always super friendly. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

The last 3 times I have gone here I have ordered a spicy deluxe from the drive through and I have received a regular. Even though I paid for a spicy. The point of the drive through is to not have to go in the store so it is exceedingly frustrating to not get what I ordered. Please do better.

Just came here yesterday to grab some food on my lunch. The food was very cold and better yet I found hairs in my mac & cheese. I was so excited to get a Chick-fil-A down here in Eugene, but every time I go here I'm not pleased. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch
