I normally love Chick-fil-A, but this specific location has been disappointing more than once. The nuggets were extremely hard, very overcooked, and honestly looked like they had been sitting way too long. This seems to only happen at this location because I’ve never had this issue at other Chick-fil-A restaurants. Really hoping they improve their food quality and consistency because this experience was not good at all. Very friendly staff though! Let’s do better West Chester Civic Center! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
