Offering nicely cooked chicken is the hallmark of this restaurant. The staff is said to be terrific here. Service at Chicken Bacolod is something one can call prompt. You will certainly enjoy the cozy atmosphere. But many visitors who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

I recently tried Chicken Bacolod at Solenad Mall, and here’s my take. The taste of their inasal is really good – it’s flavorful, tender, and has that authentic Bacolod-style smokiness that I love. If you’re a fan of inasal, it’s definitely worth trying! However, I have to say the service could use some improvement. The staff were a bit slow, which made the dining experience feel longer than expected. I think they could be more efficient and attentive, especially when it’s busy. The ambience is nice – it has a cozy, laid-back vibe, perfect for enjoying a meal with friends or family. But, I did find the location a little hard to find within Solenad Mall. It’s not the most obvious spot, so be prepared to look around a bit if you’re going for the first time. Overall, if you’re after great inasal, Chicken Bacolod won’t disappoint.
