Terrible experience — late, messy, and zero accountability! This isn’t our first time eating here; we regularly order the Chicken Fountain with cheese fountain. But today was a total disaster. We followed up multiple times because we had almost finished our chicken and the cheese fountain still hadn’t arrived. When they finally brought it and opened it, the cheese spilled everywhere and was a complete mess. What made it even worse? Not only did the waiter not apologize at all — they actually tried to blame us and made excuses saying it was because of the electricity! How is that our fault? They serve this dish, so they should prepare and deliver it properly. Waiting forever just to get a spilled mess, then being blamed for their own mistake, is completely unacceptable. We won’t be returning unless they learn how to take responsibility and serve food the right way. Service: 1
