Overall they are good, once I did not have a good experience, as I went earlier and the food was not fresh, looked like old food and fried again. If you ask for an extra khubz the staff will never even listen to you

One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. The crispy fries are consistently overcooked and burnt, with a stale and unpleasant taste. I’ve complained several times, but instead of addressing the issue professionally, the cashier simply told me to take my money back and leave. The food quality is poor, customer service is disrespectful, and there seems to be little concern for customer satisfaction. After multiple bad experiences, I can’t recommend this place to anyone.
