Im not happy to come to this place anymore with the new workers only reason i come is because my autistic child loves the chicken here they have bad attitude and you can tell are not happy when i come i try to be professional but when they walk away when im speaking to them its not professiinal i never ask for a free meal but they have tried over charge me many times. The food is not even good and my son wont even finish it anymore so youll lose buisness thanks to your workers because i would come daily And the manager was always kind but he doesnt understand that his workers are unprofessional. The Alice location is the only one my wife and I go to. And the only reason we keep going there is because of Kelly. Kelly is such an amazing person and such a hard worker even when some of the other employees just stand around chit chatting. Thank you Kelly for always making our night that much better. She’s the only reason we keep coming back to this location. Chicken express you got a great one on y’all’s hands. Don’t let her go.
