If I could give this store a -10 rating, I would. This store is completely unacceptable. The management is unprofessional, and the food quality is concerning. I purchased chicken tenders that appeared to have been sitting out all day. They were old, dried out, shriveled, and completely inedible. I was already running behind for a birthday party, so I wasn't able to call the same day. When I called the following day to let them know about the issue, instead of apologizing or offering a solution, I was asked if I still had the chicken tenders from the day before. I told them I had thrown them away because they were not fit to eat. The manager then informed me that they would need the food returned before they could do anything about the complaint. Asking customers to bring back old food that has been sitting for over 24 hours is not only unreasonable but raises serious health concerns. At that point, I no longer wanted any replacement food from this store. The poor quality of the food, combined with the dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism from management, speaks volumes. I would strongly caution anyone considering eating here. Every time me and my sister come to chicken express idk the employee name. But the one girl who always at the window always seems to have an attitude as if she don’t wanna be at work like tonight the attitude and the laugh wasn’t necessary as if she found something funny as Im placing my order .. she shouldn’t be at the window if she can’t uphold good customer services it’s her attitude and her facial expressions she’s never smiling, she’s always mugging. It’s a shame cause we love chicken express but she gone make people not wanna come to this location with her horrible customer service. Food: 5 Service: 1

I used to love Chicken Express, but my recent experiences with this location have changed that. They consistently give us either the wrong food or less than what we ordered. Today one employee made a small scene about not giving us our drinks. The prices keep going up and the service and quality went down. I'll miss Chicken Express, but it's not worth throwing away money on a chance I'll get what I ordered and not have to deal with grumpy employees.
