Terrible customer service. I had to wait in the drive through more than 15 minutes for 1 piece of fried fish and it was 1 car ahead of me and there were no other vehicles behind me! Also, the chicken wings was not fully cooked. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I just had my first bad experience at Chicken Express. I was trying to enter the restroom to wash my hands after finishing my meal. I tried the door handle but it was locked. I was walking back to my seat when someone exited the restroom. I turned around to go back to the restroom when the employee that had just left the restroom told me that he was doing #2 and that I didn't need to keep jiggling the handle. I corrected him and told him that I only tried to open the door once. He proceeded to argue with me and became aggressive. I have never been talked to like that by an employee of any restaurant and find it highly unacceptable. I asked to speak to his manager, at which point he told me that he was the manager. I hope the owner of the establishment sees this review and gives his management team some lessons on how/how not to talk to customers. I won't be back there. There are plenty of other food choices in this area. Do better. Visited 9/9/26 between 530-6 PM. Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

I was spoken to so rudely by a staff, I come to this location literally every week and never had this experience. I feel so disrespected that I don’t feel like ever coming back to this location, 5m from where we live. Such a poor and condescending behavior by your staff member. Please take action and let me know if you need more details on the situation. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway
