Got a 4 piece tenders with poppers and poppers were cold inside and tenders were cold. The only warm thing was the gravy. And then to top it all off. They charge you for a cup of warm flat soda since they have no ice.

Absolutely terrible experience at Chicken Express. We were stuck in the drive-thru for 35 minutes for what’s supposed to be “fast” food—completely ridiculous. No updates, no apology, no sense of urgency from the staff at all. The worst part? When we finally asked for a refund because we were tired of waiting, they flat-out refused—even though we hadn’t even received our food yet. That’s not just bad service, that’s straight-up disrespectful. If you value your time or expect even basic customer service, avoid this place. There are plenty of other spots that actually care about their customers—this one clearly doesn’t.
