The food was cold. Customer service sucks. They needed to be trained on how to take care of their customers . Chicken Express needs to send all employees to customers' service training . The corporation needs to rethink who they hire. People like the one's they have at their store lack education. I wouldn't have them in my restaurant representing me. No telling how many people they have been rude to. Instead of making the orders right, they said they wouldn't remake our orders & told us they would refund our money and not return. They even talked bad about my 90 year old grandmother. I am applaud of the experience we encountered today!! Chicken Express has no class, just trashy employees. I don't know how they keep their doors open. Service: Dine in
