Came thru for dinner on Wednesday, was a long line but expected that during dinner time. Even though they was busy, service was great and friendly. Food was fresh and hot. Lady who helped us was name Lakeisha I believe, again excellent service. Thank you , i will be back. Food: 5 Service: 5

My last two visits to the chicken express location in Forney Texas have not been positive ones. My last trip a couple weeks ago, there was no gravy in our order and we didn’t find out until after we got home. My visit to chicken express today, yet another disappointment, I ordered a seven piece tender, which comes with okra and when I got down the road and opened my box, the okra wasn’t in there. Also no napkins and the staff was rude. I contacted the restaurant and advised them of the errors - not only tonight’s error of no okra in my order, but also let them know what I experienced a few weeks ago. The employee on the other end of the phone had no customer service skills, didn’t care, did not apologize and said that he would credit me $2.38 which is the cost for a side of okra. When I explain to him that I did not order a side of okra that I ordered a meal that was supposed to include okra he said that’s what he could do. I will not be going back!

I just ordered from there and got the 30 piece family meal and it was terrible they salted the $h!& out of it seemed like i was just eating salt. There clearly dont care who works there anymore. Definitely do not recommend.
