I ordered some food and the chicken was not fully cooked and when I took it back the manager was very rude and didn't want to replace it. Finally got it replaced and the cook offered to cook it longer. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: 15 Express Tenders

We live in Hugo and we drove to Chicken Express in Paris Texas which is about 30 minutes away. Don't believe them when they tell you everything is correct in the bag. We drove 30 minutes all the way home by the time we got home it was 8:30 I got kids that needs to eat go in the house to realize they messed up the order .. The kids ate the fries but thats not what was on our order they wanted the corn nuggets... Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
