Great location and very friendly staff. I love the chicken strips and gravy. Yes it is different from other places, but very good. Great location.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Chicken Express. I called my order in ahead of time and specifically asked for everything to be fresh. While the fish was fresh, it wasn’t crispy like it normally is, and the fries were absolutely disgusting — soggy, old tasting, and not edible. What made the experience worse was the customer service afterward. When I called to explain the issue, the manager was rude and dismissive. He only offered to remake the fries and acted like the rest of the concerns didn’t matter. When we asked for contact information for someone above him, he claimed it was on the receipt, but it was not. I understand mistakes happen, but poor food combined with rude customer service and no accountability is unacceptable. I expected much better Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1

Hey Jessica, we're genuinely saddened to hear about your recent visit. Your feedback about the fish not being as crispy as usual and the soggy fries is definitely not up to our standards. We value your honest feedback, and we will make sure to address these issues internally. We hope you'll give us another chance to impress you in the future.

A truly terrible experience. Honestly, I’m shocked at how they managed to get every single thing wrong. First, we waited twenty minutes and still hadn't received our food. When we finally went to ask, they brought it out in a minute—it was obvious they had just forgotten our order. Then, we ordered three burgers but only received two; we had to go back and ask again before they gave us the third one. We also ordered a K-pop meal, but the toy wasn't included. When we pointed it out, they simply said they were out of stock and left it at that. Unbelievable. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hey Fire, we want to extend our sincerest apologies for the letdown you experienced during your visit. However, I believe you were at a different restaurant though, because we do not sell burgers or K-Pop meals at Chicken Express.
