As a returning customer, I was extremely disappointed by the service I received during my recent visit. I clearly stated my order and even repeated it back to the cashier to avoid any confusion. Despite that, my order was entered incorrectly. When the mistake was brought to his attention, he was dismissive and unwilling to acknowledge that he had made an error. What made the situation even more frustrating was that another employee who was sitting in the lobby area overheard the interaction and specifically informed the cashier that I had, in fact, requested the item in question. Instead of listening to his coworker or correcting the mistake, the cashier ignored the employee’s input and continued acting as though the error was somehow my fault. His attitude throughout the entire interaction was rude, agitated, and unprofessional. I also witnessed him treating the woman who ordered after me with the same level of impatience and disrespect. This all occurred in front of a lobby full of customers, making the experience uncomfortable not only for those directly involved but for everyone who witnessed it. Being busy is not an excuse for poor customer service. Mistakes happen, but professionalism requires taking responsibility and treating customers with respect. What I experienced was a complete lack of accountability, courtesy, and basic customer service. As someone who has supported this business before, I find it disappointing that a single employee can create such a negative experience for multiple customers in one visit. Management should address this behavior before more customers choose to take their business elsewhere. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was excellent shout out to the cooks cashier was on point with order and condiments very important fries was off the chain cant wait to come back and try everything on menu and the lemon pound cake off the chain u go girl.. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food was NOT good and They take forever to get the food out. I ordered my food before the 3 people behind me and they told me my meal would be the quickest, only 10 minutes (on a lunch break). (I even tipped them) they seemed alright at first. They proceeded to get everyone else’s food, even the people behind me, out first and I waited 20 minutes. Then I get the food and the fries looked nasty like they didn't change the grease, they were not fresh and were soggy. the fried catfish I got looked ok but was almost overcooked, the kitchen did not look clean and the people in it were messing around too much, never eating here again. Ruined my whole appetite. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
