I want to love this place so much, especially because this location is closest to me. BUT... EVERY TIME I ORDER SOMETHING FOR DELIVERY THEY FORGET ONE OR MORE ITEMS IN MY ORDER... or is it intentional? Or is it once again someone working and not prioritizing the quality and accuracy of their work and/or someone supervising and not catching these errors when they happen? Today: pita bread. Luckily, I don't have to contact the delivery app customer service for a refund as this was a complimentary item. But still: what can be so distracting that a bowl of food, which I pay three times its value for the convenience, can't be put together with thought and attention? You can do better but you just won't? When this brand launched and created loyal customers like me, this " forgetfulness" was never a problem. Meal type: Lunch

I been coming up to this chicken kitchen for some time because is near my apt, and the staff always has great customer service and is always in a good mood. Food is always fresh and when is not they replenish right away. I recommend it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time ordering from this location. The app has zero way to get a refund, cancel or send any sort of feedback about the order. I paid for extra pita breads and when I picked up was told there was no pita bread. No offer of a refund for the extras I paid for and didn't receive. Just slid me the food and walked away. Definitely won't be returning. Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
