The order was subsequently left on the side of the road. This was instantaneously raised with Chicken liken branch management. I spoke with Miss Nombekho Dlongwana (who hung up on me 5 times) without once attempting to take my name or understand my complaint but rather blamed Uber.
I asked for her subordinates, where she told me she along with the other manager Miss Matilda Zulu, were both in agreement that they do not take any responsibility for anything and won't address this bad service. I asked about their escalation processes, and I was told that their regional manager was Miss Mmabatho Mohale, who's contact details were not made available.
There is no attempt to compensate me nor is there any empathy, the service is race based and their overbearing attitude is bad. This is no way to treat customers, I am very disappointed.
