The lady with big eyes wearing contacts who is at the cashier taking orders is rude didn’t even apologize when we showed our disappointment due to our food being delayed for more than 20 mins when it could have been prepared within 5 mins. They only started preparing the food when we asked how more minutes would it take after waiting for 20 minutes. I just don’t get how hard is it to say sorry or even smile to customers? Don’t work in hospitality or service if that’s the kind of behavior you’d like to give to people. Food is good but the service is so bad it ruined our mood and lost our appetite Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
