We decided to give the West Richland one more try before the location is gone. We stopped going after receiving such bad service since Covid. Big mistakes. We were missing TWO orders of Tender Tuesdays and the fries weren't even lukewarm. It wasn't worth the drive back so we are out our money and two meals. Food: 3 Service: 1

The food was disgraceful. All the cooked food was cold. Chicken chewy. Veggies were old. Got the wrong burger then we ordered. Didn’t even get everything we ordered and yes we did say something and they said they would be right back and never came back. Didn’t get all the sauces we asked for. Waited 10 minutes to order. Took at least 45 minutes to get our food after we ordered. No wonder they are closing this location down. They need major help. Will never return to any location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
