We were making a funeral dinner for a loved one. They promised that they would accommodate 50 people, placing tables along the walls. When we arrived, another wake was being held at the next table; we had a little fewer people come, and then we sat like “sprat in a barrel” in the aisle. The food was carried first over the head, then across the street. I didn't like the food. If you promise a “high level”, take a check of 1400 rubles. As a person, you need to keep your promises. Mom celebrated her 55th birthday here. The holiday was ruined, I’ll explain why: Firstly, they served stinking chicken liver in a salad, the stench was like noskaline. This stink is the result of a poor quality product. Fortunately, the complaint was responded to and the salad was replaced with another one. Secondly, and most importantly!!!! Before the start of the celebration, we asked for money for payment. They didn’t provide it to us, under the pretext that the program was hanging, then..... as a result: There is a deliberate increase in the number of servings without the knowledge of the client, for example, 3 types of sauces were ordered for 2 servings each, and the invoice indicated that 3 types of sauces 3 servings each... and so on everywhere! Instead of 6 servings of dishes, they made 8!!! They added a fruit basket to the check, which the client did not order. 7 cups of tea never happened at all.... this is pure fraud. Apparently, the owner of the cafe expected that the visitors would be intoxicated and not notice it, would pay and leave. But this is not so, we began to figure it out, so she snatched the invoice and check and returned part of the money. To the question WHY they assign portions, they didn’t answer me, although everything is clear That's why I want to warn people
