Coursey location: Ordered a classic smash burger which was amazing. Ordered a 10pc hot wing and chocolate shake. Only got 8 wings. Ordered a 3pc medium tender with a chocolate shake and they said they didn't get the shake so they had to ring it up again separately. Entire process to order and get my food and drive off was over 20 minutes. Didn't discover the missing wings until I got home either. Overall: food is good, service is polite but could be better on accuracy, wait time needs improvement. I was the only car in drive thru and I was there over 20 minutes around 8pm on a Friday night. Only one car drove behind me. Its not a busy place, it shouldn't be that long of a wait. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

As a first time customer at chicken wagon I was very satisfied. The chicken was hot, fresh, and extremely flavorful. The service was excellent! Moe was friendly and pleasant. The restaurant was very clean with beautiful art murals. I will definitely return to this location on Staring Ln. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wanted to love it but not a fan. Ordered mild. Waaaaay too salty and chicken was dry af!! Couldn't eat it. Won't be back.
