Food was perfect and Prices , relatively, are very reasonable considering the very high quality ingredients and highly skilled and professional staff. People are friendly and helpful , Mohamed helped us very well. Also service is fast even with the Thursday crowd, The place was almost full. So , everything was perfect , why the 2 stars only??? The reason is the "qr menu" ,it's rude, it's disrespectful in such restaurant, it will never be accepted by me and most of the clients. I've been a client of butcher's burger - the big brother of chicken and ribs - since their beginning, And they have been and still one of my favorite restaurants in Egypt -you will find many other reviews from me on many other branches-, But I really have a serious problem with restaurants disrespect their clients and asking them to "scan the code" instead of presenting a decent menu. If it was only because of my companions who are also, thanks to me,fans of the 2 chains, I'd have left the place the moment I was asked to "scan the code". Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
