18.00 catfish. Total 21.73. Thats over 20% taxes. Questioned the kid about it. No one could explain 20% tax. Told him it was a scam and it is. Aspen and Vail don't charge that much tax.

Such a fun find! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and the kind of meal that makes you immediately start thinking about when you can have it again. The people were just as wonderful: friendly, welcoming, and clearly proud of what they’re serving. Great food, great people, great little food-truck experience. Definitely worth tracking them down! We love local family-owned food trucks, and this one is definitely a winner for us!!!! Our 1st visit was last November in the parking lot of Tractor Supply. We ordered catfish, chicken tenders, and sides. Shervin gave us a buzzer, and when we got the food, it did NOT disappoint!!!! The catfish was moist inside and crunchy outside, it reminded of my Gramma's southern cooking, yummmmI!!! I would highly recommend them for their outstanding quality of food, customer service, and support for our community.
