Very disappointed with Chicking City Center Mawaleh branch. Yesterday around 10 PM we ordered a fried chicken package for takeaway, but when we reached home and opened the box, the chicken pieces were missing — only burger, fries, and Pepsi were packed. We informed the restaurant immediately, but the staff responded very rudely and didn’t help at all. Very irresponsible character staffs — no sense of customer care or accountability. Price per person: OMR 4–6
