Official Complaint Regarding Food Quality and Service I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the significant drop in food quality and customer service at Chick's Out in Naas. As a returning customer, I am highly disappointed with my recent experience. Despite your previous advertisements promoting fresh options, you are no longer serving freshly baked bread; instead, customers are being served pre-packaged flatbread (specifically Syrian bread from Lidl). Additionally, the food portion sizes have significantly decreased, and the taste is nowhere near as good as it used to be. Furthermore, the attitude of the staff member taking the orders was extremely poor and unprofessional, showing zero customer service skills. Given these ongoing issues, I no longer feel motivated to return. I hope management addresses these concerns to restore the standards this establishment once had.

First time trying Chicks Out in Naas, and it was a great experience. Easily one of the best kebabs in Naas town. The staff were well-trained and friendly, and the peri peri chicken was excellent. I also have to mention the naan and burgers—my kids absolutely loved them. Would definitely recommend! Price per person: €30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
