I have been here a few times with my girlfriend in the past few months. During the last eagles game I was there and had terrible service from the shorter male bartender with black hair. He was extremely rude and hardly checked on us. It took forever to get drinks and we waited almost 20 minutes to get a second round. Our food was decent and they have a great selection of beer but I will never go back there because of how we were treated that night. I’m not sure if the bartender was having a bad night but if you work in the service industry you should have a better attitude and treat others with respect. It’s a shame because we live around the corner. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $30–40 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking

Just when I was ready to write off Chick's because of some mediocre experiences, Bartender Yuri stepped in and saved the day. Chick's is my local. And I've been there a few times, each time with different people and at different times of the day. Each time I've gone there something was off: the lamb burger was dry, the service took too long. Whatever. Today I went to Chick's to give 'em one last try. They are, after all, my local. And I sooooo want to go there and feel good about it. A couple of things weren't perfect today. And Yuri took care of every last one of them, offering a genuine apology along the way. In the end, the meatball sandwich was amazing, the wings were cooked perfectly, and the Peroni on tap washed it all down. I'll be back. Thanks, Yuri. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
