We take food safety, cleanliness, and our guests' well-being very seriously. If your illness was related to your visit, we wish we had been informed at the time so we could have investigated the concern immediately and taken any necessary action. Regarding the water supply, we did experience a temporary water interruption on one occasion that lasted for about an hour. We immediately addressed the situation, and it has not happened again since then. During that time, we provided disposable gloves and tissues for guests to use while eating until the water supply was restored. As part of our standard food safety practices, we use purified drinking water and ensure that it is properly maintained for consumption. Our spoons and forks are thoroughly cleaned and stored in a stainless steel heated sterilizer before being served to our guests. Tissues are also readily available for customer use. We appreciate all feedback and remain committed to maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.
