1 star- horrible service for to-go customers. I hope they all enjoy their tip because had I known what I was walking into I wouldn't have given a dime. My order was ready inside it on the counter, no one comes over for at least 5 to 10 mins check the cams. Then I check my bag for a single sauce that was not there and almost went thru the same thing standing at the counter and no one comes over to offer service. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I don't walk out of restaurants. I'I sit through bad food, slow service, and full-on chaos... but THIS? We didn't even make it past the entrance. We walk in and the host greets us like we just added a personal problem to her day. I ask for a booth and she looks at me like I just ruined her entire mood. Then we look over... and I kid you not-there are plates of food sitting right next to where they're rolling silverware. Food on the floor. Silverware on the floor. Staff eating and rolling silverware like it's some kind of "figure it out as you go" situation. At that point I'm thinking... is this dinner or a group project?? We didn't even give the server a chance. This wasn't a "maybe it'll get better" moment. This was a "we need to leave immediately" moment. We turned around so fast I'm surprised the door didn't ask questions. Be better. Because first impressions matter-and this one felt like we walked into a place that gave up halfway through the shift. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
