My waitress was great but the fact they didn’t have the AC working on a day where it reached over 100 degrees is diabolical . The manager never went around to say anything to anyone . I realized how bad it was once I placed the order . If it wasn’t for my waitress I would of walked out with my family . You can’t pack people and not have the Ac working . You should also let ppl know immediately so we can make the decision . No one in my party ended up finishing there food with how hot it ended up getting Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered 3 for me on two separate occasions now & both times something is missing. Got the chicken sandwich but didn't receive the ranch on the side. Ordered the QP Burger & burger is overdone with no pickles.They give the food in a big box but half of it is empty, would it kill them to give more fries? Soda flat both times as well. Maybe it's just this location but the lack of attention to details is reminiscent of fast food.. Which they're supposed to be above. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
