We didn’t even get seated despite calling ahead as instructed on their website for larger parties. When we arrived, they told us they don’t actually do call-ahead seating, which directly contradicts their own policy. I’m nine months pregnant, and the lack of consideration made the situation even more frustrating. They claimed the kitchen was backed up, yet seated another party ahead of us that came 30 min after us and wouldn’t allow us to sit at an available table just to have drinks while we waited. After waiting 30 minutes with no resolution, we ended up going elsewhere. It took speaking to four different staff members before we could even get a manager involved. The staff was disorganized, unhelpful, and, frankly, quite rude. No one seemed to know what was going on or how to handle the situation. Overall, a very disappointing and poorly managed experience. We went to native and got seated in the party room immediately! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had a lunch date with my awesome friend today. We decided on Chili's Grill & Bar. An we were not disappointed. Eric, our amazing server, took our drink orders, and we knew what we wanted to eat, so he took our food orders as well. Our food came out right away. We were very happy with the continued service from Eric. He kept our drinks full. I recommend that if you stop at this, Chili asks for Eric. He's the best!!! Thanks again, Eric!!! God bless!!!
