The chef at this bar cooks tasty burgers, chili and chicken. Most users state that the staff is friendly. Nice service is something guests appreciate here. The atmosphere of this place is enjoyable.

Been about 10 years since we've visited a Chili's... mostly due to their inability to get it right in the past. We found a totally revamped menu, rich with photos and descriptions. My wife went with the combo fajitas, which used to be my choice here. My son and I opted for their new craft burgers. And the two others in our party had cheese fries and a kiddie mac and cheese dinner. Pros: food was served quickly with freindly service. Cons: one burger was incorrectly prepared, but the server caught it and corrected it quickly. The steak on the fajitas was cooked... but cold. The cheese fries were described as nasty and after trying I would agree. My burger was only marginally better than fast food, mostly due to the chewy bun... definitely not a craft burger. The onion rings and fries were bland. My daughter summed it up as... they tried. Utensils and straws in a bag? The last note is on the trend of putting TV screens in my face... hate it.

Service and food were mediocre. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas. Could have made them better at home. It was the lunch portion, which was enough. However, apparently it only comes with 8 French fries because that's how many was with mine. It was cold in top of that. The kids food looked like it was frozen at some point. Not much service when it came to drinks. I asked for a to go drink. But, never received it. Save your time and money. If rather eat Taco Bell.

Service was so, but he was really nice, so that fixes a lot. The reason I'm giving a bad review was because of the kiosk things. Each table now has a little computer on it where you can play games, get your bill, pay etc. Sounds great in a way. Your credit card doesn't leave your view, which is good. Somehow I jut felt taken advantage of and led by this thing. First, it's not clear that it's charging you to check it out. It's a gadget, I'm a person, I'm going to play around with it. Nothing told me I was getting charged to explore, however. It just ended up on my bill. Then the tipping thing was odd. I was a server in the past so I'm a good tipper, but I don't like having it assume I'm going to tip 20%. Especially for slow service.
