This place runs surprisingly smooth for the lack of the staff. You are seated quickly and greeted just as fast. Everything is done through a QR code which makes things super easy if you need to leave for a flight abruptly, pay with apple pay or have special instructions for the kitchen. It's tucked away on its own floor, so you HAVE to take the elevator next to macaroni grill or go up the escalators. The bathroom is clean, quiet and never full. If you have a delayed flight and want to hang for a while, they have outlets around the bar and scattered around the seating. You can hang here all day but also are able to close out super quick if any sudden change happens. Don't knock it till you try.

Lady was very nice when we first walked in and that's the only reason I think this place deserves a star. You have to order with a menu on your phone which our table didn't even work on our app. Not to mention the very limited amount of food on the menu. The ambiance of the place was of a little odd with the music that was playing while we were in there. The drinks were also completely incorrect the first time around and we had to order them again.

We walked in to an empty airport Chili's. We were expecting an OKAY experience. Even a FINE experience. We'd have been happy with a subpar experience. The bartender refused to take another table so we were relocated to a table in the back near the kitchen where a fight broke out immediately. Perhaps it was because the server didn't want a table either? We didn't stay to find out. :)
