This was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I have ever had. Today I visited Chili’s with my family, hoping to enjoy a nice meal together. Instead, our experience was ruined by poor food quality and a complete lack of attention to customer satisfaction. I ordered the Original Trio Fajitas. After waiting an unusually long time for my food, it finally arrived. The steak was red and clearly undercooked. I tried one shrimp and it seemed okay, but the next shrimp was cold. The chicken looked questionable, and when I took a bite, it was cold as well. I immediately called the server and showed him the problems with my meal. He took the plate back, but instead of preparing a fresh meal, it appeared that the same food was simply reheated and returned to my table. The food was warmer, but when I cut into the steak again, it was still red and undercooked. I showed it to the server a second time. At that point, I completely lost confidence in the kitchen and could not bring myself to eat any more of the food. I did not order a replacement because I no longer trusted that my meal would be prepared properly. What makes this even worse is that this experience ruined an important family outing. Going out to eat is about more than food—it’s about spending quality time together. Instead, I spent the evening dealing with cold food, undercooked meat, and frustration. I felt ignored and disrespected as a customer. I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand that restaurants can be busy and mistakes happen. However, serving cold food, returning the same plate after a complaint, and then sending it back with undercooked steak a second time is completely unacceptable. Management needs to take food quality, food safety, and customer care much more seriously. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location and will think twice before returning. Food is good. I miss that home cooking taste. I believe everything is microwave. It comes prepared from the company already. Except the salads and a couple other things on the menu. Meal type: Lunch
