Apparently the greeter was easily aggravated, she rolled her eyes at me when questioned. When seated I noticed there was no salt and pepper on the table. I ordered a bowl of lemons which I asked for again but never got. My salad came in a tiny bowl not much larger than the dressing bowl. The ranch was so watered down it didn't have much flavor. The cajun shrimp pasta was very good. After the food was delivered the waitress disappeared. I had to ask other servers to get ours for drink refills. It took three times to get the check right. There was a $2.99 charge for a table game we did not order. Our server was happy to remove it with no argument. So overall I did not enjoy my visit and have no plans on returning. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Wonderful wait staff and food quality is 5 stars for a franchise....they are NO ORDINARY Chile's. The food is hot, cooked exactly as you ask, a decent very attentive wait staff w/out being annoying. Try this place across from Home Depot in Rome GA and you'll see exactly why I'm rating it as a !! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Everything was amazing. Our server, Brennen, was attentive and always made sure we were well taken care of. The food was cooked perfectly and was very flavorful. Will absolutely be coming back soon! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
