We were in Florence for four days and had a sandwich every day. On our last day, we stopped into this shop by chance. It was the best sandwich of the trip by far. The sandwiches are massive and full of the highest quality ingredients. The owners were extremely nice as well. 10/10 would recommend Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have tried a few of the TikTok-famous sandwich places with the massive lines, and honestly, they don't taste any better than Chill it. It’s the same great bread and high-quality cured meats, but without the crazy wait—which is exactly why I keep coming back. Their cured meat board and house wine are an excellent pairing. There is limited seating inside, and a big plus is that there’s no service charge, unlike most other places around. The owner speaks great English, which made for a really enjoyable conversation. They also open early and close late. Highly recommend skipping the lines elsewhere and coming here instead! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–20
