My cousin and I had already been out to eat but were still hungry so I suggested eating at the Chilli & Mango at the hotel which is also open to non-patrons. We had a lovely welcome. The staff are friendly and chatty and happy to answer any questions about the menu and they don't mind taking your personal preferences into consideration when preparing your order. All of the dishes are prepared freshly, with fresh locally sourced produce. The flavours are sublime and dance around your taste buds. We were late diners and so got to speak with the chef and owner Natili who's family have a long history as restauranters. Natili's passion and love for her work is very evident when you speak with her but even more so, that same passion and love for food comes through in every dish she prepares. If you're looking for a relaxed, friendly and welcoming place to eat the finest dishes in Brighton then Chilli & Mango is the place for you. Baby wink wink. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
