The patient staff shows a high level of hospitality at this restaurant. The enjoyable service is something these restaurateurs care about. But Chilli master restaurant hasn't received a high rating from Google users.

Report incorrect information
We visited Chilli Master, Al Malaz, and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I understand that it was only their second day of opening, so some initial teething problems are understandable, but there were quite a few issues during our visit.
We ordered Chicken Biryani, Sweet & Spicy Chicken, and Prawns Kantara. The waiter brought the biryani and chicken without proper cutlery. When we asked for cutlery, he asked whether we wanted plastic or steel spoons. He initially brought only one set, even though there were two of us. After we told him, he brought another set, but they were only teaspoons, which were not really suitable for eating the food.
We finished the Chicken Biryani and Sweet & Spicy Chicken while still waiting for the Prawns Kantara. When the prawns finally arrived, it was the wrong dish altogether.
To make matters worse, when we received the bill, that was also incorrect.
I understand that it was only their second day and mistakes can happen when a restaurant is newly opened. However, there were several issues throughout the meal, from basic cutlery to the delayed and incorrect dish, and finally the wrong bill.
Hopefully, the management takes this feedback positively and improves the service, communication, and order accuracy. Since they are just starting out, I hope our next visit will be a much better experience.
