Visited this hotel on 07/07/2026. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff were not welcoming and did not provide the level of service expected from a hospitality business. Food was served, but even basic service such as providing water was neglected. As a customer, I expect all guests to be treated with respect and given equal attention. I hope the management reviews the service quality and takes steps to improve customer care in the future.
