"Chile Adiss Restaurant – one of best of Indian Cuisine in the Heart of Addis" I recently visited Chile Adiss, and it was an unforgettable dining experience by every standard. First of all, the location is absolutely perfect. The restaurant is situated near to the vibrant Bole Road, and very close to Edna Mall, which makes it an ideal spot to stop for a delicious meal after a long workday or an enjoyable shopping trip. The ease of access is a definite added bonus. The interior atmosphere is comfortable . The lighting is warm and gentle on the eyes, and the seating is normal, giving you a sense of typical asian restaurant. Despite being near to the bustling street, the place is quiet and well ventilated, creating the perfect environment to relax and truly savor your food with family or friends. The service was truly exceptional in every sense of the word. The staff were friendly, smiling, and highly professional. They explained the ingredients of the dishes with great care, were quick to respond to all our requests, and we never had to wait long for anything. The cleanliness of the tables and dining utensils was above and beyond standard also I like that the water were on the table already. Now, let's get to the heart of the experience: the food. I ordered the meat biryani, and frankly, it was a masterpiece. The meat pieces were so incredibly tender that they literally melted in my mouth, and the basmati rice was infused with the fragrant aroma of authentic Indian spices (cardamom, saffron, and cloves) in a perfectly balanced way that wasn't overpowering. The flavors were rich, deep, and left a fantastic impression on my senses although it was spicy . As for the drink, I ordered the mango juice with yogurt (lassi), and it was the perfect choice to round off the meal. The drink was creamy, thick, and incredibly refreshing, with a brilliant balance between the natural sweetness of the mango and the mild tanginess of the yogurt...I recommend it. In short, Chile Adiss is not just a restaurant, but a destination truly worth revisiting. I highly recommend it to all lovers of Indian cuisine, and even to those trying it for the first time, to come and experience this wonderful place. I will definitely be coming back! Chillies is one of our family’s favorite spots for Indian food. What sets this restaurant apart is that they never hold back on the bold flavors and authentic spices. Every dish is filled with rich, delicious taste. My go-to order is the Mutton Bhuna Masala, and it has never disappointed. My boys love everything on the menu, and my wife’s favorite is the Chicken Tikka Masala with biryani rice. If you’re looking for authentic Indian cuisine with incredible flavor, Chillies is definitely worth a visit! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ETB 1,200–1,400 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Last evening, we enjoyed a quiet supper at Chillies Addis, our first visit to this charming restaurant. The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and escorted to our table. Helen, our server, was gracious, attentive, and polite, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. While waiting for our meal, we snacked on murukku, which brought back fond memories of sharing tea and this same delicious snack with my family. As I looked through the menu, I felt as though I had been transported back home. I was delighted to find Dosa, one of my favourite dishes. It was perfectly crisp, flavourful, and beautifully prepared. We also ordered Chicken Biryani and Naan, both of which were excellent. Every dish we ordered was thoughtfully prepared and attractively presented. The Dosa was undoubtedly the star of the evening. I could taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients in every bite. Congratulations to the entire cooking team for bringing a taste of my homeland to Ethiopia. It was a memorable dining experience, and I look forward to visiting again.
