We originally ordered a dinner to-go; unfortunately there was a bit of an error with one part of our order. However! The staff was incredibly understanding and attentive. They immediately remade the order and provided some gift cards and extra desserts. I still enjoy taking my family and friends to Chili's locations, but this one has become rather memorable for their extremely kind service. Thank you so much for helping out and providing a delicious dinner! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We ordered the Cajun pasta and it such a disappointment. It was completely dry and the quantity of shrimps were rationed. No flavor of Cajun what so ever and zero amount of sauce. Also there was no bread added as shown in the picture or usually served in other restaurants. The amount was not too satisfactory. Such a waste of money! What to say about Chili's Grill & Bar. The host was a bit late on getting us seated (waited too long). The service was great and quick. The food came quick too. And was good too. This Chili's was even better than the Turlock store. Everything. Was good but the music it was too loud for conversation at the table. Turn it down please. Gotta go. See ya.
