All dishes has excellent parts though none was all together great. The wonton in the soup burst of flavor while the soup itself not so flavorful. Good white pepper hit. The Peking duck, perfectly cooked. The hoisin sauce good. The thin cucumber slices didn’t achieve that same crunch factor as in the traditional version. Rice instead pancakes wasn’t an improvement.
