Chimoto~ Have you ever had this Yakumo mochi? Wrapped in traditional bamboo paper, it is a milky rice cake that melts in your mouth. And the flavor of fragrant cashew nuts. How do Japanese sweets and nuts go so well together? I was very impressed! Shaved ice is also popular in summer.
