NEW MANAGEMENT/OWNERS!!! WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! Previously i had left a scathing negative review 3 years ago and never went back. THAT HAS CHANGED!!! Absolutely wonderdul place! Affordably priced entrees, fair portions that absolutely make me feel like I got my money's worth (honestly feels like i got more than I had expected, no complaints about that!). I ordered the Mongolian Beef again as I had previously done 3 years ago when I left my negative review. Boy what a change for the better the new owners are!!! Food looks and tastes fresh! Absolutrly anazing flavor, without being overly seasoned. (Just perfect). This is actually the second time I have ordered this dish and i had to make sure it wasn't a one time thing, it was not! Consistently excellent food that I WILL ABSOLUTELY COME BACK FOR!!! Thank you China Express of Ridgecrest CA! You guys are my favorite place to eat once again! Wow! If you have not tried this place out or were put off by the previous food and service; YOU NEED TO GO BACK HERE AND TRY THEM OUT AGAIN!!! You won't be disappointed!
