Did you downsize the shrimp in the fried shrimp? Or should I blame Joe Biden and Skamala?

We come up from CT, and this is the first time since they went on vacation. Everything is different, like new-owner different. I don't want to sound mean, but we are very disappointed. Hubbs usually gets the sweet and sour chicken. This time, it was made with bottled sauce- not tasting homemade as usual and without the chestnuts, carrots, pineapple and cherries. It was like glue, over battered and flavorless compared to the original. The fried rice had way too much 5 spice and tasted like cinnamon. My egg drop soup was flavorless, and the wontons seemed frozen/pre-made. The plating was totally different, and there was less of the meal and more rice than usual. Even the fried wonton crisps that are on the table were the pre-packaged ones, not made in house, and the duck sauce was watered. We did not even get the pineapple at the end of our meal that was always complimentary. If these changes are permanent, this makes this establishment just like any other basic Chinese food place, and it upsets us, because China House used to be So Excellent and worth the trip.
