The exterior of China Inn Chinese Kinnegad

This restaurant is a great choice if you are in the mood for the Chinese cuisine. Here people can delve deep into delicious dishes, and degust perfectly cooked satay. Food delivery is a big plus of China Inn Chinese Kinnegad. This place is recommended for the efficient staff. The nice service is something these restaurateurs care about. Democratic prices are to be expected at this spot. When inside, the atmosphere is peaceful. But google users rated this restaurant and it didn't get a high rating.

I ordered a takeaway from everdish their online ordering website, when i rang china inn them self's, they said i have to order by this site, I placed an order on the night of Saturday 27th, everdish took my order and payment, about 5 minutes later got and email from china inn saying that all their delivery drivers were gone home, and the food order was cancelled, do you not have an agreement with everdish with a time for last online delivery order's, now their say its going to take 5 to 7 days for a refund, a better system needs to be implemented, thank you Tony Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Hi Tony, sorry for the bad experience you had with ED. I rung the office and agreed with new delivery time on the website already, and informed our counter staff as well. Sometimes it’s the unexpected technical issues, however sometimes it’s our driver finish time.If we have good few long deliveries come in the same time, they’d like finish the work at 11pm. So it might the reason why some deliveries will be cancelled even you successfully placed with ED with full payment. Once again thank you telling me this so we can notice it and do something to improve it. Sorry and thank you again.
