I recently went back to China Jade after not visiting for many years. Someone recommended it, and I remembered how good it used to be. Chinese takeaways can be hit or miss, but I was happy to find that we really enjoyed our meal this time. The flavors were nice, and it didn’t taste too salty or fake like some places do. There are a couple of things that bothered me, though. First, it’s hard to believe they don’t take card payments in 2024. I had to go find an ATM to get cash, which is a hassle since most people don’t carry cash anymore. Also, I noticed that they can have four meals ready in just 10 minutes. While that sounds great, I wonder how fresh the food can really be when it’s made so quickly. This seems to happen often with Chinese takeaways. Overall, despite these small issues, I’m glad I returned to China Jade. The food was tasty enough that I’ll definitely order from there again. Genuinely probably one of the nicest Chinese’s I’ve had! Taken 3 years of living in leeds but finally doh d a good price , portion and amazing tasting food! Now our go to chinese!!!
