My wife and I are from out of town and wanted some Chinese this was the closet one so we went. Upon arriving we noticed that the building was really run down but ok, we go in talk to the lady behind the counter for 2 buffets we are seated at a dirty table so I wiped it off then we go to get our plates and my favorite is general Tao’s chicken however the sauce was so watery that it would even stick to the chicken I asked if that was normal and the owner rudely replies that I’m white and don’t know anything about Chinese food. So I went and sat down with my wife as I am telling my wife about what had just happened the owner again comes over and start yelling at me leave so me and my wife get up and go to leave as we are leaving she says we need to pay for the food my wife ate I denied and we walked out the she comes out gets our plate number and calls the police like we done and dashed the cops came did nothing but ask us to leave. So if you ever think about going here don’t the food is terrible and the service is even worst if your are in the area I suggest panda garden on shackleford rd the food is amazing the prices are way better and the service was excellent. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The worse food I ever ate. I eat sushi all the time it never tasted like this sushi. This is my first and last time I will order food from this place.

China Plus Buffet's owner' is very rude and only cares about making a profit and not her customers. The staff and the owner refused to replace an order because they claimed it was cooked correctly, but the order is not what I wanted. The sauce on the Mongolian chicken was to hot and the egg roll was not fresh. It tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. I have been in retail service before, and the customer is always right. Owners of businesses should treat the customer with dignity and respect instead of just worrying about money. The better businesses treat the customers the more repeat business he or she will receive. The owner of China Plus Buffet will tell you (the customer) that if you order the wrong thing that it's "your problem" and not hers...showing that she only cares about profit and not the customer. She should not be in business because she DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.
