I waited 70 minutes for my food today. The food was cold and not freshly prepared. The chicken was sizzled, the duck was overcooked and the vegetables were old and the sauce was terribly bad. The spring rolls were also cold - like rubber. I've been a Lotus customer for a long time. This was the second time that I was extremely disappointed. I will definitely not order there again!!! I wanted to go out to eat there with my mother, but the smell (drain and toilet stench) at the entrance was borderline. Inside we were presented with a sight that really made us want to leave. Unclean (inside and outside) and a mess... It's a shame, because it used to be a really nice and delicious restaurant. We can't say anything about the food because we didn't dare to eat after the whole thing and were a little disgusted. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
